Welcome to Peach72074's Place Online Update/Newsletter.
I have created this section of the site as a way for those interested in Peach72074's Place to check out what's going on without viewing the entire site. All changes to the page will be announced here and the link and/or url address will be sent to members the Peach72074's Place Mailing List at least once a month. 12/99 - 1/2000
Introduction/Index (Navigation Page) It is January 2000 and over 5500 have visited my little oo site. I am very excited. I just want to say thanks to all of you that continue to visit my site to check out the what's going on. It is my hope that the new millennium will bring great new and exciting things to both this site and Black Women Incorporated. I apologize for the delay's in updating it was a very hectic semester for me. I plan on making up for this delay by working on major changes to both my site through out the Month of January. I have added a new banner exchange program to the site that can be accessed here as well as on the Affiliations and awards page of the site. Take a minute a visit a page or two form the exchange.

Autobiography/My People There have been no major changes made to these pages of the site. But there are some major changes currently on the drawing table. I am about to give both sections a face lift. They will be completely changed with new back grounds new pictures and a special tribute to those people in my life that have made me the strong African-American woman that I am today. The Meeting Place Due to lack of interest in this section as well as an increasing work load The Meeting Place had been removed from the site. Though I hate to cut any section away from the site there is no need to maintain a section that is not being used.
Literary Corner As I mentioned before January is s the month of reshaping and revising the look of Peach72074's Place The first step in this process was to make sure the author showcase in Literary Corner has been completed. Along with the completion of the showcase I have changed the look just slightly for this section. There is a new black satin background that adds just a bit more style to Literary Corner. I do hope you enjoy the new look. The author being showcased for the the 12/99-1/2000 is Teresa a great author that I have come to know in the past year or so. I have enjoyed her work and I am sure you will enjoy it as well. But most important is that Theresa is a great person and a dear sister/girlfriend. It is a pleasure and an honor to showcase her work on my site. Before I end this update I just want to take this opportunity to thank all the authors that have helped to make Literary Corner such a success. When I started this section January of 1999 I didn't know that it would be such a hit. I love finding authors and presenting their work on my site. As I say in the intro to Literary Corner writing is a gift and it is my hope to help those with that gift share their words with others. Peaches Speaks I have been promising a new addition to Peaches Speaks for some time. It is my goal in the year 2000 to live up to that promise. The title of the new addition to Peaches Speaks is The Only Alternative to Growing Older is Death and I talk about what I learned from one particular period of my life. Black Women Incorporated The December 1999 - January 200 author presentation in Black Women Incorporated's Literary Corner is ready for viewing. Theresa (our current author) has to be one of the best authors I have read i some time. I have enjoyed her and I am sure you will as well. But most important is that Theresa is a great person and a dear sister/girlfriend. It is a pleasure and an honor to present her work on my site. We are still looking for black women authors to present on BWI's Literary Corner. If you are interested let me know via email to BlkWomenInc@aol.com. There are cat rooms discussion areas personal pages and so much more. The number of people joining black planet is phenomenal. My favorite part is that you get point which lead to prizes for just about everything you do on there. SO check it out by Clicking below. This will send you to my referral page.
